  • 1. How to get refund for Google Play purchase?

    Google does not give refunds for most Google Play purchases. However there are exceptions. Return policy depends, for example, on the country and region - the EU has different refund rules.

    1/ your Order ID (for instance: GPA.1111-2222-3333-44444),

    2/ day of purchase

    3/ total purchase amount

  • 2. How to get refund from Apple App Store purchase?

    If you experience a problem with apps you purchase from the App Store, you can request a refund directly from Apple. You'll need to have a valid reason for the request (for example if you buy something by accident).

    1/ Go to Apple's problem reports page using any web browser: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

    2/ Login with your Apple ID.

    3/ Select the appropriate tab - in this case: apps.

    4/ Select 'Report a Problem' to the right of the purchase you want a refund for.

    5/ Click on 'Choose Problem' and select your problem from the menu.

    6/ Enter details about your problem and then click 'Submit'.

    7/ Wait a while for hear back from Apple.
